WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? WILL I GET TRACKING INFO?

Your order will ship in 4-5 business days. Shopify will e-mail you tracking information once your label has been created. All pedals and guitars shipped within the USA require signature confirmation.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?

No. All sales are final. Please e-mail Orders@GodCityInstruments.com with issues.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE LOWER 48?

Yes! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! International rates are calculated at checkout by. All international orders ship with insurance. Taxes/VAT are the buyers responsibility. We do not mark products as gifts. 

IS THERE ANYWHERE IN EUROPE TO PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS TO AVOID COSTLY SHIPPING AND TAXES?

Some DIY PCBs may be available through musikding.de.  If they are out of stock, please put in your requests directly with them.  Other products such as assembled pedals, pickups, and guitars do not presently have EU distribution.
